4. Share My Trip - The user will not be able to share their entire trip with others if location data collection is not enabled.
5. Request Assistance - The feature that allows the user to share their location with others in emergency or distress situations, so that they can receive help, will not be available if location data collection is not activated.

Cancellation Policy:
Customers may cancel their purchase of goods or services within a specified cancellation period. The cancellation period starts from the date of purchase and ends before the start of the scheduled service or delivery of the goods. To cancel, customers must notify the business through the FOKEA platform or by contacting the business directly. Any cancellation requests received after the cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period will be subject to the following refund scheme based on the days from delivery:
14 or more days prior to delivery: 100% refund
7-14 days prior to delivery: 75% refund
2-7 days prior to delivery: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours prior to product/service delivery: No refund
