SEIL will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge. You may not use anyone else's account at any time, without the permission of the account holder. Please ensure that your credentials are not shared and are regularly updated so that you maintain sole control on your account.
Use of the Service by Professionals
The Service is offered to professionals as "SaaS", i.e., Software as a Service. The term refers to the delivery and licensing of the Service where professional end users have access to the software online.Professional end-users pay a regular subscription fee to be able to use the Service.

In case of non-timely payment of the subscription, the Service is interrupted. No assurance is given that new access to the Service will restore all of its features and information if the non-timely repayment period exceeds 2 months. Unless otherwise agreed by communication from SEIL in writing, the above user has access to all upgrades of the Service during the period of his subscription.
In the event that the user requests, as a matter of priority, the development of a function of the Service in support of his business, it shall be the product of a negotiation and agreement with SEIL for the exceptional development of the Service. SEIL reserves all rights to the development and may, without limitation, consider that it should be incorporated for use by other users.

However, SEIL reserves the right to review materials posted to the Communication Services and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. SEIL reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as SEIL deems necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in SEIL's sole discretion.

1. ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) - The application will not be able to provide accurate ETA estimates without access to the user's location data.
2. Position - The user's position will not be displayed on a map or provided to others if location data collection is not enabled.
3. Share My Position - The user will not be able to share their real-time location with others if location data collection is not activated.
4. Share My Trip - The user will not be able to share their entire trip with others if location data collection is not enabled.
5. Request Assistance - The feature that allows the user to share their location with others in emergency or distress situations, so that they can receive help, will not be available if location data collection is not activated.

Tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixel tags, clear GIFs and scripts may be used to improve the Service.

SEIL PC will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Cancellation Policy for Purchases within FOKEA:
Customers may cancel their purchase of goods or services within a specified cancellation period. The cancellation period starts from the date of purchase and ends before the start of the scheduled service or delivery of the goods. To cancel, customers must notify the business through the FOKEA platform or by contacting the business directly. Any cancellation requests received after the cancellation period may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds for cancellations made within the specified cancellation period will be subject to the following refund scheme based on the days from delivery:
14 or more days prior to delivery: 100% refund
7-14 days prior to delivery: 75% refund
2-7 days prior to delivery: 50% refund
Less than 48 hours prior to product/service delivery: No refund
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method, whether it is through Stripe, bank transfer, or on-site payment. Please note that transaction fees incurred during the original purchase may be deducted from the refund amount.
Change or Rescheduling:
Customers may request to change or reschedule their booking within a reasonable time frame, subject to availability and the business's policies. The business will make reasonable efforts to accommodate change or rescheduling requests but cannot guarantee availability or accept responsibility for any resulting conflicts.
Exceptions and Special Circumstances:
